According to the Durham Region Association of Realtors (DRAR), there was a jump in home sales in the month of October over September. DRAR reports 849 homes sold in October compared to the 763 in September, a 11% jump in sales.

The year-to-date average price of a home in Durham Region is now $336,036 and so far 9,432 homes have been sold in Durham this year.
