In both cases I will look at a variety of characteristics to determine the value of your home. These will include the number of bedrooms/bathrooms, the type and style of the home, location and neighbourhood. I will then uses these characteristics to conduct a comparative market analysis, by searching the database of all the homes listed or sold in your area. From this current market data, we will be able to determine what your home might sell for if you decided to put in on the market.
